Dr. Fine was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at UCLA and his graduate DDS degree at USC. During dental school he worked extensively helping the underprivileged via the USC Mobile Clinic.

Today Dr. Fine’s passion is creating amazing smiles for his patients. He also donates his time doing pro bono work in his local community, lectures to fellow dentists on cosmetic dentistry procedures and visits with school children teaching them the importance of good dental care. 

In his free time, Dr. Fine enjoys relaxing, boating, fishing and surfing.  He and his wife Alli spend a lot of time watching their son Zachary play soccer and daughter Emilee ride at her horse at shows. Dr. Fine is very committed to his patients and is always available to help them and answer any questions.

Dr. Fine is a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association.
